Reservations & Payments

Beach Reservations

All reservations for beach services (including sunbeds) require full prepayment at the time of booking. Reservations are confirmed only upon successful completion of the payment.

Restaurant & Lounge Reservations

Reservations for the restaurant and lounge areas may require a deposit. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final bill upon completion of the service.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

All payments made for beach reservations are strictly non-refundable.

In the case of restaurant or lounge reservations, any deposit paid is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or failure to attend (no-show), regardless of the reason.

The Company reserves the right to retain the full amount of any prepayment or deposit in case of late cancellation or no-show.

Arrival & Reservation Holding

Guests are expected to arrive at the agreed reservation time. The Company reserves the right to release the reservation after a reasonable delay, without obligation of refund.

Changes & Availability

All reservations are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, operational reasons or force majeure. In such cases, a refund or alternative arrangement may be offered at the Company’s discretion.
